Account passwords are handled by our authentication provider. Panda Kitchen does not receive or display your password in the manager dashboard.

Why we use it

We use this information to accept and prepare orders, arrange collection or delivery, contact you about an order, remember account preferences, secure the service, and meet accounting or other legal duties. Depending on the purpose, this is necessary to fulfil your order, comply with a legal obligation, or pursue the legitimate operation and security of the takeaway. We would ask for consent before using your details for optional marketing.

Services involved

Supabase provides the website's database and account authentication. The homepage includes an embedded Google Map. When the map loads, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and referring page, and may use cookies according to its own privacy terms. Links to Google, Just Eat, or Facebook are also governed by those services' privacy terms.

How long we keep information

Account information is kept while the account is in use and then only for as long as it remains necessary. Order and transaction records may be kept for up to six years where required for accounting, tax, dispute, or other legal purposes. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised.

Cookies and similar storage

The ordering service uses essential browser storage and session cookies for features such as sign-in, security, and the basket. The homepage also loads an embedded Google Map supplied by Google. If optional analytics or advertising tools are added later, the website must assess them separately and request consent where required.
